Can I still employ a person with disability?

There are a lot of fake agencies out there. It is not only being committed here in Singapore but also in other countries. When you are fraud by a fake agency, report them to the authorities as soon as possible. They might have not gotten away immediately so they can track their position. Statutory and salary related claims should be filed within 1 year after the dispute arose if you are still employed by the company and within 6 months from your last day at work if you are no longer employed. You are entitled to your gross rate of pay on a public holiday if you were not absent on the working day before or after a holiday without consent or you are on authorised leave. The Employment Act states that if a public holiday falls on a non-working day, you are entitled to another day off or one extra day's salary in lieu of the public holiday.

The program supports the elderly who had low incomes through life and now have little or no family support.
