The DBS NUSSU Debit Card cashback is subject to a cap of S$20 per card member per month across all DBS Debit Cards that are awarding 3% cashback on local contactless spend when cash withdrawal is kept within S$400 monthly. In regards to your second question, No! Cashier’s Orders and Cash-Point are not considered cash withdrawals. Only withdrawals at DBS/POSB ATMs and branches locally (with or without DBS/POSB Card) are considered as withdrawals. For avoidance of doubt, cash withdrawals from joint account at branches (with or without card) will be considered as cash withdrawals for both joint account holders.
