Inclusion of accidents to a travel package

While we are hiking, my sister slipped and broke her toe. There is no specific details in the travel package we got if injuries are covered in the travel promo. But technically speaking, it was part of their package and they may have experienced those accidents before. It was a very traumatic experience for us since it was the first time it happen.

Usually, injuries are covered by travel insurances. It is under the medical emergency of the travel insurance. But if ever the travel promo does not include the medical emergency insurance, it will serve as a lesson. One tip is that if possible, get the insurer to agree to medical treatment before the trip is carried out.
