What is the minimum wage I should give to my employees?

In every country, there are different minimum wages that should be given to the workers. I am new here in Singapore and my business just started, but I do not know how much should I give as a salary to my employees. Some say that I should give them a minimum wage because the job that I am giving them is easy and anyone can do it.

There is no minimum wage that is needed to be accompanied by the business. It depends on what the business or company capable of giving to its employees. If the business has great reputations you should get an accountant to help you with the salaries that needed to be given. Consult with some other business persons to know what you should be giving your employees.
