Do they need to be rude to us customers?
Every time that my assistant and I go for a business trip, the person that handles us does not look nice, have a frown face, and harsh to us customers. We have been flying with this travel agency for 10 years and we recently observed that the employees are not approachable and they do not listen to what we are requesting

Airlines must accommodate their customers to a level that they are felt safe. When you are requesting or talking to one of the crew members of the airlines, do not forget to respect them. They are making sure that you are safe all the time and gives you what you need. If they are not like one of the standard airlines, complain them to the authorities to look upon it.
