Can an outpatient travel after 3 days of surgery?

Our family is planning to go out the country for a week, but our mother got sick and needs to go under a surgery. So we resheduled our flight due to this incident. The surgery is a success and now my mother is way better than before. She wants to get out of there and proceed with our vacation. Can she leave the country three days after the surgery?

Avoid travel for at least a month after surgery. Move as much as possible during the trip. It is generally recommended to wait four to six weeks to fly after any lower limb surgery. If you're traveling by plane, bus or train, stand, stretch and walk down the aisles. During car trips, take a break to walk and stretch at least every three to four hours
