Wrong punching of product in a store

Sometimes there is an incident when the cashier at the counter of the store accidentally punch a product that you did not purchased. You also did not saw that the product was punched and you already pay for it using your credit card and want a refund but since you used your credit card, it is not easy to refund the item. What should he do?

    You have to contact the store to let them know that you want a refund. Give what documents or proofs that they are looking for.
