We are always busy that we forget to sleep. People have excuses like, I eat my fruit and vegetables and I drink a lot of fluids. But it does not mean that you are already healthy. We can catch viruses even you are eating those. If your sleeping habit is disoriented, your immunes system may not function well. Visit a doctor at least two times a year to have a health diagnosis to see if you are doing well.
