My brother is a vlogger and he has been travelling a lot for the past years. But then he had a motorcycle accident in a province and he has a hard time walking since then. We are trying to help him recover but we are currently trying to find a freelance job for him right now as he wants to keep having an income for himself.

If you had a major accident, there is a chance that you are not fully recovered. It can affect your carrer and also your lifestyle. If your past job cannot be proceed due to your situation, it is morelikely for you to find another job. There are a lot of jobs that you can get here in Singapore that might interest you.
