My neighbor is causing excessive noise 'til midnight.

We lived in this apartment for a while now and there is this new family that just came inand rented the neighborhood. We became an acquaintance after a short span of time. Yet a month after, they have their speakers for partying causing excessive noise in the whole neighborhood. If not from speakers, is from their shouting and fighting among the whole house that the whole neighborhood could hear.

A Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT) is present in order to resolve issues or disputes between neighborhood and you can appeal your concern to them. Given your circumstance is the now oppportunity that you ask them for assistance. They could help you decide of what to do with them and arrange agreements to your neighbor.
