Can I report to the police someone who scam people about a fake product?

My friend offered me a beauty product that she has been selling. I have full confidence with the product given that friend suggests it. But after some time, my skin tends to feel itchy and I already have rashes. I want to approach her about the product she is selling to warn her not to sell to others. Yet, she cannot be contated or located anymore.

Buying somethings online cannot be fully trusted. If a friend of yours offered you something, it is a choice if you are gonna trust them or not. If you got scammed by a friend or someone close. You can report them to the police or authorities on what happened to you for them to invesitigate and help you with it.
