Filing a lawsuit about fraud

Last month, I cancelled a lawsuit about an accident because the other party promised to do a private settlement about that matter, but it turned out that it was not true. They really do not have a plan to pay me in the first place and just said that so I remove the lawsuit. This time, I am not going to change my mind and will continue the lawsuit.

Since they broke your trust, they should get what they deserve. It is possible to file two lawsuit against one depending on the laws they have violated. Since there are two violations; first the accident and then scam/ fraud. Make sure to collect all the necessary evidences to make sure that you will win the case.

People tend to get sick and go to the doctor as soon as possible. Some doctors are professionals in their field but can have misdiagnosed the patients. If the misdiagnose keeps on repeating, you can report them to the hospital that they are in. If your illness is as generic as the other, it can really cause a misdiagnosis.
