Retirement benefits issue

It is disheartening to see my father waiting for something that will never come. I investigated my father's past company and found out that they really avoid giving back the retirement fees. I wanted to fight for something that my father deserved because he worked hard for it. I also find out that my father is not the only victim of this company, so I am going to use them as witnesses.

There are retirement benefits everyone should be receiving after retirement. And if this benefits were not given, a lawsuit can be filed since it is against the law. It is mandatory to give retirement benefits to the employees if the contract they signed includes this in the benefits they will receive while working in the company.
