What should be included in the Key Employment Terms?

According to the Employement Act, all employees under the Employment Act and wmployees who enter into a contract of service on or after 1 April 2016. must recieve a written Key Employment terms from their employers. What are the necessary terms that should be included in the Key Terms of Service and should they always apply?

    The Key Employment Terms must include the following unless not applicable. The KET must include full name of employer and employee, Job title, duties and responsibilities, Start date and duration of employment, work assignments, salary period and basic salary, fixed allowances and deductions, overtime payment period and rate of pay, bonuses and incentives, types of leaves, medical benefits, probation period, notice period and place of work.
