When can I withdraw a WICA claim?

I recently filed a WICA claim due to the injuries I sustained while working at my current company. I want to withdraw my claims because my employer refuses to cooperate which is why I want to file a civil uit instead instead, that I have access to a lawyer. What should I do to withdraw my WICA claim?

If your Notice of Assessment has objections then you can withdraw your claim within 28 days from the service of your notice of assessment and you can withdraw your claim within 14 days from the service of your notice of assessmnt if there are no objections.
