Is it bad for my business if I rely too much on technology?
Technology has advanced to a point where having a physical office and having a lot of man power is no longer necessary. It occured to me to just fully automate my business and cut costs on resources. Would it be more efficient to let the technological advancement rule over my business so I can reduce the costs?
Although technology has advanced and it helps us manage our time better, it is not advisable to be too reliant on technology. In all business, human interaction and intervention is necessary for the business' growth and development. As business owners, we need to be considerate to our customers who are technology migrants or to those who are not familiar with the advancements. Customers should always come first and in order to do that, human interaction is required to feel and understand the needs of the customers.
