My neighbor is scammed with a quack doctor.

My neighbor has been a friend to me and he recently told me about a quack doctor he went to about his stomachache. The quack doctor made him drink his said to be 'herbal medicine' that made his stomache ache more. He now wanted to report to the police the quack doctor because he has now a more complicated illness than before.

You should initially raise your concern with the specific healthcare provider ie person dealing with your case. A simple misunderstanding may have arisen which can be easily resolved. You may find that your question or complaint can be satisfied in this way, informally. However, if this is not possible, you can ask for the issue to be considered as an official complaint.

That is definitely a scam, honestly no doctor in the right mind would diagnose a patient without even checking for blood pressure or without any use of equipment, this just sounds to me like the doctor you encountered was just taking a wild guest and is only doing this for his own benefit, so you'd buy expensive medication for him to earn a huge amount of money, my advice to you would to definitely consider reporting him and getting out of there.
