What should I do before my surgery?

I have never experienced being under surgery. I am nervous because this is the first time that I will be under going surgery. I do not know what should I do before proceeding this surgery. Should I really be nervous? Should I eat before proceeding this? I need to know what to do, I might not get through this.

Having your first surgery is quite terrifying because you do not know what you should do as a patient. There are a lot pre cautions that you should know before undergoing this surgeries. Depending on the surgery that you will be facing, the doctor will tell you on what things you should and should not do before this surgery.
