Unethical payment for the treatment

I am currently watching this show wherein a therapist is letting one of his patients pay differently. She is letting him pay in private where there is only two of them and then doing things that is outside the hospital. She knows that it is unethical but she just cannot stop since she already developed feelings for that patient. What can happen to her when somebody finds out about it?

Since what she was doing was unethical and she knew about it, if somebody reports her to the head of her department, she might lose her job. Also, her license might get confiscated. She will lose everything because of that unethical thing she had done. She might also get a record and cannot get a job again.
