Keeping my body is the least of things that I forget to take care of. I have been sick for a few days and so I went to the doctor for medical advice. He told me to get some rest and drink lots of fluids. He also gave me medicines. I should eat healthy foods he said. I do not have time to go to the gym to work out so I need to consult someone.
Keep in mind that our body is fragile, we have our limits. Most people forget to take care of their bodies due to overworking and focusing on their careers. They should have time to rest, relax and meditate. If you do not have time for those, eat healthy foods to sustain the nutrients that are needed. You can look for a nutritionist to help you with your food diet.
