A particular company is not allowing me to use person with disability card

My mother presented a person with disability card or a PWD card but an employee at the hospital did not accept it, saying that it was not allowed. Because the discount was not applied, our expenses which is huge in the first place became more high because there is no discount. I was wondering if there is a time where a PWD card cannot be used.

It is under the law to give benefits to persons with disability, and that is why it was not possible for a PWD card to be rejected in using during a consultation, it is possible to use the card and get a 20% discount related to diagnostic and laboratory tests. This includes x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, PET scans, and many more. It also includes clinical tests.
