School compensation

My daughter broke a separatory funnel during her laboratory class and it was quite expensive. We cannot afford to pay it immediately since it requires a huge amount of money. I am trying to think of the best way to compensate with her school. I am thinking of paying it monthly but since it was a laboratory equipment, I don't think that it will be a good idea.

School can be strict at times specially when there is a violation broken. One of the most common policy in school is about damaging school property. It is nice if the school was really open-minded about those accidents. But if ever, they can hold the grades of the student unless the damaged equipment was replaced by a new one.

You can ask around your college for special scholarships, it doesn't necessarily need to be grade based if your lacking in that department, usually they offer part time jobs as librarians or professor assistants and if in case you do have good grades you can apply for scholarships that mark down the enrollment fees, if the college does not offer any of these services then your best bet can be a promissory note to the cashier of the college since you'd have more time to come up with the money, I hope you graduate on time.
