When should I file my claim to the TADM?

Staturoty and contractual disputes are common between employee and employers. Wrongful dismissal also occurs from time to time. I;ve learned that these claims can be filed at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Managemen however when is the right time to file for my claims? When should I file my claims to the TADM should there be a need to file one?

Statutory and salary related claims should be filed within 1 year after the dispute arose if you are still employed by the company and within 6 months from your last day at work if you are no longer employed. If you are wrongfully dismissed while you are pregnant without being payed your maternity benefits then you should file it within 2 months from your confinement. For other wrongful dismissal claims, you must file it within 1 month from your last day at work.
