Can I buy a house with my CPF?

Ever since I started working, I've stayed at the same apartment I was renting even until I've had a family of my own and until today. I've already turned 65 and I feel like I've fulfilled my duties and want to retire at a place that I actually own and a place that I can call home. Can I use my CPF account to buy a house?

Under CPF housing schemes, you can can use your ordinary account to buy yourself a house. You can use it to by an HDB flat under the Public Housing Scheme, buy private property under the Residential Properties Scheme snd service the monthly housing payments. A property charge is created when you use your savings in your Ordinary Account to finance the purchase of your property
