Teaching the employees

Not everyone in a company has the same job, they have different departments and have a goal to achieve. Some employees lack the skills that you are expecting when you hired them to join the team. Now, I am not that kind of leader who just fire them, so I need learn how things are done around this company.

    Every company has people who lack somethings. They went applied to a company that they want and sometimes some of those applicants submit a resume that has false information. They write that their knowledge about the business is extraordinary but the perform like a newbie. The best thing to do is to send to seminars to learn more and improve their skills.
