Who should be my guarantor?

Starting a business is hard. Now I have posted ads shows that I need a guarantor that will help me start up this business and even give them a percentage of the shares if the business went to be a success. There are a lot of emails, and messages that I received. Now I do not know which to choose because they are offering me things that I do not need at the moment but surely gonna need it later in the business.
