Who should be my guarantor?

Starting a business is hard. Now I have posted ads shows that I need a guarantor that will help me start up this business and even give them a percentage of the shares if the business went to be a success. There are a lot of emails, and messages that I received. Now I do not know which to choose because they are offering me things that I do not need at the moment but surely gonna need it later in the business.

When starting a business, there are a lot of requirements that you need to be able to have a successful business. If you are lacking some people, you can post ads. If you need something you can also post ads. But if a lot of people are interested in your ad, you can background check them to ensure the security of your business and yourself.
