The property that I have is going for closure, but I recently got my insurance.
I have been living in this apartment for a long time. Me and my family haved lived here for almost 20 years. My family moved out and left this property to me. My co-workers suggested to get a home insurance because I live alone now. So I got myself one of the best insurance that I can find. Then recently I got an eviction notice from the owner due to the foreclosure. I do not have a choice but to leave. Can the Insurance help me with this?

There are cases that we are evicted from our properties because the land lord have not settled its mortgage with the bank that needs to be paid as soon as possible. In his situation, he just availed a home insurance and got evicted. Your insurance company cannot deal with foreclosure. But when you find a new property, you can tell your insurance your situation.
