Claims are usually filed at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Managemen and if it cannot be resolved by Mediation then they are heard at the Employment Claims Tribunal. Claims usually made by the emplyees are statutory salary related claims from all employees that are covered by the Employment Act, Retirement and Re-employment Act and Child Developmen Co-Saving Act, Contractual salary-related claims not including domestic helpers andpublic servants and wrongful dismissal claims. Claims usually made by the employer are Claims for salary in lieu of notice for all employers.
