As an employee, what can I do if I am experiencing workplace grievance?

I am an employee and I want to know what should I do if I am experiencing harrassment from my supervisors? This has been going on for a while now. I don;t exactly know if it is harrassment however everytime the supervisor would talk to me, I feel like I am being victimised because the supervisor treats me differently than the way my supervisor treats the other employees.

EMployee harrassment should not be tolerated in any ways and in violation of the employment act. If you feel like you are being harrassed then you can reach out to the channels that handles grievances in your company or report your supervisor's behaviour to the top management. You can also approach your union for assistance or seek counselijng support from counseling centers.
