What are not considered as employee transfer and what are my rights during the transfer?

My current employer decided to transfer me to another employer because the current company that I work for is currently being restructured. As an employee undergoing transfer I want to know what are not considered as transfer of employment and I also want to know my rights during the transfer of my employment.

Transfer of assets, transfer of shares, transfer of operations outside Singapore, outsourcing of supporting functions and Incoming service provider that takes over an outgoing service provider are not considered as transfers. During transfer you have the rights to be notified of the transfer and the matters relating to it. You will be given the opportunity to cunsult your employer and most importantly, you have the rights to preserve the original terms and conditions of employment under the new employer.
