Emotional damage

My boss was saying all these mean things to me and was cursing every time I do something wrong or if I accidentally made a mistake. I am trying to do my best to endure all his harsh words but last time he really crossed the line when he grabbed me so hard. I have decided to resign and file a case against him. I am still trying to cope up with the emotional damage he caused.

    Filing a personal injury lawsuit against the employer is applicable in this case since he hurt the employee intentionally. He is suppose to indicate a worker's compensation insurance and if he does not, he will be sued to the civil court or the victim can collect money to a state fund. If the employee wanted to add another issue because of the emoitional distress the boss caused, his sentence will lenghten because that is another issue.
