Who are the employees that needs CPF contributions?

I am a company owner and I know that it is not only my responsibility but I am also required to make CPF contributions at the monthly rates stated in the CPF Act. In compliance with Employment Act, I want to know who are employees that needs CPF contributions and who are eligible for the CPF contributions.

    You must pay CPF contributions to employees who are Singaporeans and Singapore's Permanent resident. This includes any Singaporean seaman who is employed under a contract of service .
