What are the different schemes for employees and employers?

I've read that there are various schemes that provide funding and support for employers and employees and that these schemes include Workfare, WorkPro and portable medical benefits. As an employer I want to know what are the different schemes for both the employees and the employers and their benefits.

    We have four different schemes. First is Workfare where WIS provides cash and CPF supplements while WTS provides training subsidies for lower-wage workers.Second is WorkPro which provides funding support to enhance work-life harmony and implement age-friendly workplaces. The third one is the LED Scheme which supports progressive enterprises to transform and grow in manpower-lean landscape. The last one is Portable medical benefits and it features and qualifying conditions, ​tax deduction and tax exemption.
