How do I help my employees keep their medical benefits after they change jobs?

In the corporate world there is no telling when an employee would leave the company and look for another job. Working is stressful as well as looking for a new job. Being sick or having medical problems are possibilities and as a former employers I still want to help out the people that worked for this company.

If you are an employer, you can definitely qualify for tax deductions or exemptions by implementing portable medical benefits which will enable your employees to keep their medical benefits should they change jobs. Thiese are medical benefits that employees can bring with them if they change employers.
