What work practices should I implement in my organization?

A mentor once told me that a harmonious workplace would bring success to my company. I believe in this statement and I want to implement good workplace practice in my organization so that both employers such as myself and employees would be able to work in a good environment which would increase our productivity.

Fair employment practices are one of the sure practices to increase productivity, staff-retention and customer satisfaction. Resources and funding for organisations that buy services to adopt best sourcing practices. Enhancing work-life grant would be beneficial for your employees and give them security. There are more practices but these are the basics that you need to focus on as an emploer.
