How do i apply for a work visa in Singapore?

I finally got a job in Singapore and I feel that is it a huge accomplishment but I know that it doesn’t represent the final step in the hiring process. I know that the next step is to apply for a visa in Singapore. What are the necessary steps and processes that i need to do in order for me to get a visa in Singapore?

If you’re an experienced professional earning at least 3,600 SGD a month, then your employer can apply on your behalf for an Employment Pass. An alternative for ‘mid-skilled’ workers, earning at least 2,200 SGD a month, is the S Pass. If this is a suitable visa type for you, your employer will have to make an application on your behalf.
