Can people be declined of the personal accident insurance based on his/her occupation?
I work as a construction worker and I have been involved in numerous minor accidents and not what I am getting old, I am afraid that something worse might happen so I'm planning to get myself a personal accident insurance. Do insurance companies decline people with occupations that have a high risk of injury like mine?
No Name
Sad to say that people with hazardous occupations or people with occupations that are prone to accidents are declined by the insurance companies. Examples of these occupations are construction workers, fire fighters, police, military, divers pilots, aire crews, ship breakers, ship crew, and more alike.
