I am liquidating my company to pay my creditors.

It has been years that my company has owed a lot the creditors that someone offered to me. My business can not handle the demand of the economy requires and the taxes especially the employees that need to be paid. The company that I currently do not get a lot of commission but a lot of credits to the creditors. Now I am planning to liquidate it

Businesses tend to liquidate if they are not able to pay the debt that they have to their creditors. It is not an unsual thing to see especially if the business is going down. Businesses usually close because of the economic demand and the sales or product is not selling as much they are expecting it to be.
