An entrepreneur diagnosed with a virus, is he still allowed to handle a business?

There is a new virus outbreak this year. There are a lot of peole who obtained this virus. One of these people is a well-known entrepreneur who has a well known business here in Singapore. Is he still allowed to handle a business due to his current situtaion? He might spread the virus the whole company.

    The virus can be treated as soon as possible. In this situation, if it is a small business, and he does not have any subordinates, it is morelikely to close for sometime for the owner to recover. If it is major company, there is a board that can handle the situation. The owner can still run the business after being disinfected by the virus that he caught.
