What is WorkPro?

I am searching for schemes that would help me and my employees. I want to create a workplace that is friendly and hospitable for all ages in my company.. This is not only for myself but also for my employees. I found a scheme called WorkPro and I want to know more about it and how it works. Would it really improve the productivity of my employees?

    WorkPro is a scheme for employers like you for you to be able to augment local manpower. and foster progressive and age-friendly workplaces and jobs. As employers, you can apply for grants to implement work-life measures, redesign jobs and improve workplace practices. You must be legally registered or incorporated in Singapore for you to be eligibe.
