For a new CEO of a company or business, there are a lot of people who visit Singapore to be a tourist at the same time looking for a job. Can I accept those who are qualified to join my team but the reason that they said to the immigration is just to be a tourist?

Singapore is a small country that most people go to visit and they are submitting there resumes for hoping to get a job there and be able to start as soon as possible. Based on the records that have been added, some tourists have been invited for an interview and got the job that they are pursuing.
