Watching movies stress me out, how often does accidents actually happen, I don't think I ever want to get on a plane

There were a lot of movies I watched over the weekend and I've been wondering to myself If ever I was being overly paranoid but how often does accidents happen in a airplane that would lead to death, I don't know if it's me talking or the paranoia that I seemed to acquire through watching countless plane crashes over the weekend

I for one strongly urge you to avoid watching those kinds of films especially movies that aren't based on any real life stories, plane crashes and accidents don't really occur as much as you'd think and there are times that it's just your mind imagining things that are less likely to happen, I'm a flight attendant and I've been working for a few years now, and I can reassure you that planes are definitely safe.
