Singapore has a lot of local goods, there are markets that offers you delicous foods that is new to your taste buds and will amaze you with the price. You can find some ready to eat meals at the convinience stores here in Singapore. If you are a foreigner who wants to taste from your own country, there are also a lot of choice to pick with.

Well this is not exactly a secret but I think the wildest thing I ever did was when under intoxication ordered a free drink for everyone in the club. I don’t want to say how much it cost me pay off the bill, it still hurts me even today thinking about it.

It will be a huge amount of money so it is better to just compromise and pay half the price. I think a lot will depend on the full story like why is the adult child still leaving with parents? Anyway if it was me I would handle it this way. Rather than charge rent from my child, I would allow him to live rent free but he has put aside the amount of money he would otherwise be paying for rent it into either a savings or a retirement account. This way in a few years he/she could have saved up enough money to become a home owner.

This seller committed something like what we call predatory pricing but instead of setting the price very high. It is considered illegal because it violates the antitrust law. It is also unethical because it will hurt the consumers not physicalty, but financially. Although it is a rare concept in competition law, it is still unethical.
