I ordered fifty pieces of different pair of earrings and bracelets so that I can sell it online. It serves as my business and way of gaining money. When my orders got delivered, I started counting it but it was incomplete. I tried calling the shop but they are not replying. I also tried to contact them by going to their physical store but they did not accommodate me.

Since it was the store's fault, they have to give back a refund or give the missing items. They violated a law which is being honest to the customer. They did not even inform the customer that the product is not available nor give back the money as a refund. If they still did not reply or accommodate you, you can file a case because of fraudulent.
