In regards to a DBS Live Fresh Credit Card, would a Kickstarter purchase be considered as an online spend?

My friend I have same experience. Sometimes I think the breakdown is so not clear, especially for my VISA contactless expenses. When I do receive the monthly cashback it's usually maxed out at $20 for each category. I spend about $1000 every month on this card. Do you guys face this too?
