Buying a second hand item with damage
Would it be practical to buy a second hand tricyle with damages? I am thinking of buying it to use as business and will just fix it. But I am having second thoughts about it since maybe the money I will be spending in buying and fixing the tricycle and buying a firsthand tricycle might be the same.

This actually depends on different factors. The expenses will be one of the things that is needed to be considered. If the sum of the expenses of buying the second hand tricycle plus the expenses on fixing it is equal to the expenses that will be able to buy a first-hand tricycle, it is better to just buy an original one.
