    Actually, there are no annual fees for the first 2 years, then after that what will count towards the minimum amount you must spend would include retail transactions, monthly Instalment Payment Plans and monthly PayLite instalments. So long as the amount is shown in your statement during the year.

Annual fee for main card and supplementary card is S$160.50 and S$80.25, respectively. Sadly if you don’t maintain a good credit history on your card, you will need to pay interest of 25.92% per annum, with minimum charge of S$2.50. If no minimum monthly payment is received by payment due date, you will be charged for late payment, S$100. Minimum monthly payment is S$50, or 3% of your total balance, whichever is greater, plus amounts exceed of the credit limit and/or overdue amounts. Withdrawing cash will charge you S$15, or 6% of withdrawn amount, whichever is greater.

However I notice that if you have an existing OCBC saving account, it makes bill payments much more seamless. And aside from being able to split payment into monthly instalments interest free, you can earn up to 1% rebate on your purchase. Only few cards in the market that allow auto convert spending into interest free instalment and still be entitled to 0.5% or 1% cash rebate.
